Bug fix to get pathways to show in pathway filter when building a network from compounds and/or genes.

First external release. FlyScape is derived from our MetScape app but uses data for D. melanogaster metabolic networks. The data used come from a [https://biocyc.org/organism-summary?object=FLY curated (Tier 2) BioCyc database]. Additional customizations to network visualization and linkouts have been added to better suit the needs of the Drosophila research community.
